DMS 423: Programming Graphics
Final project
Create a larger, final project of your own design. The primary requirement is that it must involve:
- programming
- graphics
A secondary requirement is that you should learn something new for this project. This can be anything in a wide range of topics related to games, VR, or other forms of real-time computer graphics. Possible subjects include:
- shaders
- data visualization
- AI
- ALife
- alternative interaction devices
- physics
- networking
- databases
- advanced lighting effects
- stereoscopy
- motion capture
- ...
Choose a topic and have a basic plan for your project by November 20.
Have a prototype ready to demo on November 29.
The completed project is due by Wednesday, December 12. Make arrangements in advance if you will need to show it in person.
